Lee Sun-Min
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of executive function on the health and dysfunction of stroke patients. Stroop test (ST), Trail making test (TMT) part A, part B, and WHODAS 2.0 were conducted on 16 subject groups diagnosed with stroke and 16 control groups whose gender, age, and educational level match the subject group. In the comparison between the two groups, ST, TMT part A, part B, and WHODAS 2.0 showed statistically significant differences, while ST, TMT part A, part B, and WHODAS 2.0 showed a significant correlation. Since the deficit in executive function after stroke is a major variable affecting the health and dysfunction of stroke patients, an intervention approach is needed to improve executive function.
